International Greetings plc (the 'Company') announces that it has today applied for the admission to AIM ('Admission') of 440,000 new ordinary shares of 5p in the capital of the Company, which have been issued pursuant to the exercise of options. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 28 December 2006.
