Director's Dealing

International Greetings PLC (the 'Company') announces that it was notified on 14 May 2007 that on 10 May 2007 Artistic AG sold 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 410 pence per share.

Artistic AG is a company registered in Switzerland and under the ultimate control of the Hedlund family. Mr A Hedlund, a director of the Company, has informed the Company that he has no direct interest in the proceeds from the sale of the above shares.
