Amazingly, we produce more than 33 million crackers a year at our Brite Sparks division. Brite Sparks operates in 250,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehousing utilising purpose built technology to ensure consistent high quality, as crackers become more visually dynamic with unusual and previously unobtainable effects.

The acquisition of Krakajack last year, a cracker manufacturing business based in Ireland, provided the Group with an entry into the catering side of the cracker market as well as a significant market share in Ireland.

In January 2005, International Greetings announced the acquisition of Napier Industries. The acquisition of Napier has brought the Tom Smith cracker brand into the Group, together with the Royal Warrants which have been held by the brand since 1906.
