The most important resource that International Greetings has is our staff. We invest heavily in getting the right people for the right jobs, and our aim is to be the number one employer in our sector.

We have over 2,000 employees worldwide ranging from designers, production staff, printers, sales people, administrators and accountants, all working towards manufacturing and selling the innovative and quality products for which we are world renowned.

We also invest a lot of time and energy ensuring the right equipment and manufacturing locations are secured. We have factories in Wales, US, China, mainland and Eastern Europe and are constantly monitoring performance to ensure that our printing and conversion processes are state of the art and working to their maximum potential.
