International Greetings Appoint New Non-Executive Director.

International Greetings are delighted to announce the appointment of Keith James who joins as a Non-Executive Director on 1st August 2004.

Anders Hedlund, Joint Chief Executive, commented: "Keith has an extensive background in domestic and international corporate law, and has recently retired as Chairman of Eversheds LLP, one of the largest legal practices in Europe, having for the past nine years overseen the company's international expansion programme. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Admiral Insurance. His vast experience in all aspects of business will be invaluable to the IG Group during our next important period of corporate growth.

"Hugh Child, a Non-Executive Director since January 2002 is retiring from the board, and we thank him for the considerable contribution he has made during this time".
